Thank you for shopping with Top Tier Science. Please review this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the terms below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Except as otherwise required by applicable law or specifically provided in this policy, Top Tier Science does not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds after an order has been processed or shipped.

Please carefully review your order, shipping information, and product selections before completing your purchase.

Research Use Only

All products sold by Top Tier Science are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only.

Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, medical use, clinical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, food use, or household use.

Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease, medical condition, or health-related issue.

Because the condition of research materials can be affected by handling, storage, contamination, and environmental exposure after delivery, we generally cannot accept returned products once they have left our control.

Order Cancellations

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order has entered processing.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped generally cannot be canceled.

Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with an incorrect item, a missing item, or an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can review the issue.

Please provide:

• Your order number and contact information
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the package, shipping label, packaging materials, and affected product when applicable

After reviewing the information provided, Top Tier Science may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or another remedy where appropriate. Eligibility will depend on the circumstances of the order and the information available to us.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Top Tier Science is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A carrier delay alone does not ordinarily qualify an order for a refund after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and, where possible, a secure delivery location.

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and Top Tier Science promptly. We will assist with available shipping information where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Storage & Environmental Exposure

Certain research materials may be sensitive to temperature, light, moisture, or other environmental conditions. Customers are responsible for retrieving shipments promptly and following any applicable storage information provided with the product.

Top Tier Science is not responsible for deterioration or damage caused by improper storage, handling, contamination, prolonged exposure after delivery, or environmental conditions occurring after a package has been successfully delivered.

Refused or Returned Packages

Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve the shipment, or another circumstance attributable to the recipient generally do not qualify for a refund.

If reshipment is available and approved, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping and handling charges.

Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a problem with your order or payment, please contact Top Tier Science so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Top Tier Science may provide relevant transaction records, order information, shipping and tracking records, applicable website policies, and customer communications to the payment provider or financial institution reviewing the dispute.

Policy Exceptions

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law. Where applicable law requires a refund, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy, Top Tier Science will comply with those requirements.
