Thank you for shopping with Top Tier Science. We are committed to processing and shipping orders promptly and securely. Please review this Shipping Policy for information regarding order processing, delivery, tracking, and shipping responsibilities.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 24–48 hours after payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders placed or paid for on weekends, holidays, or outside normal business hours may begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times are estimates and may occasionally be extended due to order volume, product availability, payment verification, holidays, or other circumstances.

Shipping Within the United States

Top Tier Science currently ships within the United States unless otherwise stated.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $99. Orders that do not meet the free-shipping threshold may be subject to a shipping charge displayed at checkout or included with the final order total.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another appropriate shipping provider depending on the destination, package size, service availability, and selected shipping method.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will generally be provided when tracking is available from the carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, service level, destination, weather conditions, holidays, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, Top Tier Science does not control the carrier’s transportation or delivery schedule. Carrier delays alone do not ordinarily qualify an order for a refund after shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please carefully review your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before submitting your order.

Top Tier Science is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the shipment, additional shipping and handling charges may apply if reshipment is available and approved.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location and retrieving packages promptly after delivery.

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, or building management where appropriate and contact the shipping carrier.

You may also contact Top Tier Science, and we will provide available shipping and tracking information where reasonably possible. However, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives with visible shipping damage or an item appears to have been damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can review the issue.

Please provide:

• Your order number and contact information
• A description of the damage
• Clear photographs of the shipping box or mailer
• Photographs of the shipping label and packaging materials
• Photographs of the affected product when applicable

Please retain the original packaging while the issue is being reviewed, as the shipping carrier may require additional documentation or inspection.

Storage & Environmental Exposure

Certain research materials may be sensitive to temperature, light, moisture, or other environmental conditions.

Customers are responsible for retrieving shipments promptly after delivery and following any applicable storage information provided with the product.

Top Tier Science is not responsible for deterioration or damage resulting from improper storage, handling, contamination, prolonged exposure after delivery, or environmental conditions occurring after a package has been successfully delivered.

Shipping Restrictions

Top Tier Science currently ships within the United States only unless otherwise specifically stated.

We may decline or cancel an order when shipment cannot reasonably or lawfully be completed because of destination restrictions, carrier limitations, address issues, product restrictions, service availability, or other applicable requirements.

If Top Tier Science cancels an order before shipment because we are unable to fulfill or ship the order, any payment already received for the canceled portion of the order will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

Research Use Notice

Products offered by Top Tier Science are intended solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, and scientific research purposes.

Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.
